  Good pho and vermicelli noodles. They also have avocado shake which is awesome.
  Tables can be a little cramped, and sometimes it can get busy, but there are lots of tables and quick turnover generally means you won't wait too long.
  Service can be a bit hit and miss depending on how busy they are

  One of the line up of Vietnamese restaurants on the street and looks average.. But i have tried most of them now and keep returning to Pho Gai Hoi! Consistently great broth in their varieties of noodle soups. Food comes out as fast as most fast food places but you need to take time to enjoy the hot meal. We always order variety of soups and some rice paper rolls to share. So cheap... (except for the $10 spring rolls) and can feed a family of four for $70, unless your like me and have to order something different each time. 'Avocado drink' was interesting and would not order the 'Durian drink' again.
  I think they have a special ice maker in the kitchen which makes a grinding noise.. Fresh ice! except a few times we had to chase up the drinks as we were almost finished with our meal.
  Go there couple of times a month and never disappointed.
  in fact, might be an easy dinner tonight!

  One of my favourite Vietnamese restuarants in this area. Like all the best Vietnamese places, this place is not about the atmosphere but about the food. Having all the classics that you could want, this place delivers good food for extremely cheap price.
  
  If you get a chance order the salt and pepper chicken. Crispy and fried, how can you go wrong with that. I am also a serious fan of pork ribs! But if you buy these you will not want to share with anyone else, so get ready for the fights to begin.
  
  This place is not very big, so on weekends you might have to wait for a table, unless you come outside the busy time. For lunch, we usually order takeaway and then go and sit outside. But if you are lucky to get a table, sit and enjoy.

  Very poor. The dish (42. Crab meat and fish ball udon) is totally different from the picture in the menu. I couldn't find any crab meat there and asked the waitress who said it had been mixed up in the dish. I finally found 3 crumbs of crab meat (smaller than half of the little finger nail) but they all had gone rotten.  The fish ball (supposed to be a sphere shape) becomes rectangular fish strip.  I definitely won't return.  
  
  The other 3 dishes ordered by my friends/family member were also disappointed and below standard quality.

  Was craving Vietnamese broken rice and pork and stumbled across this restaurant that satisfied my craving.  The serving was generous and made in a timely manner, which was helpful for a take away order. The restaurant was busy during lunch and service was adequate for what I needed.
